In the week 7 we are asked to write a blog about something technical. I could spend many hours complaining about technology, its annoying glitches and many shortcomings, but I will not.
When I started this blogging business, I would never imagine I will find something that I’ll be using on nearly daily base. It was the Flickr. I put all my family photos on it and share them with my family and friends overseas. With different privacy settings I don’t have to worry about strangers using the images for any sinister purposes. In an instant I’m allowed, by this little technical marvel, to be reconnected with people I love and care for and been separated by the big, blue seas, to share still moments of a wonderful holyday, or one of many birthdays.
The Flickr gives others chance to comment, ask questions, or share their own photos with me.
You can invite new friends with a few simple steps and downloading images is as easy as child’s play, so try it for yourself, it is a great fun to see how many people view the pics you made public. Enjoy
